API Capabilities:

Manufacturing Capacities collectively:
Our manufacturing facilities is spread over 150+ acres of land, with API manufacturing capacity up to 900kL, and reaction capacity ranging from 25L to 16kL. We are able to process and prepare 11 APIs parallelly in separate process areas.

Handling Temperature:
Our facilitie's handling temperature for APIs ranges from - 80°C to 230°C. Blend Capacity: Our blending capacity ranges from 1 kL to 4 kL.

Quality Systems:
We have quality Control Laboratories, equipped with HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMP, ICPMS, XRD and many more.

Micronisation:
Facilities for particle size reduction and Micronisation is available and performed with specifications assigned as per customer requirement.

Stability Chambers:
As per ICH Q7 guidelines, stability for 4 zones can be performed simultaneously, based on regulatory and customer requirement.

API Capacities:

Manufacturing Site:

• We have reactors from kgs to tons scale for manufacturing APIs at our globally approved site.
• We have dedicated pilot plant facility for manufacturing of small volume APIs. APIs manufactured at our site is approved by regulatory agencies like as NMPA, MFDS, MHRA, EDQM, ANVISA, COFEPRIS etc. The site is capable for US FDA approval as well.
• We offer to optimize process, ease technology transfer and excellent output of intermediates, specialty chemicals or APIs at our site.
